A few years ago now, my life was turned around because of a mental illness that almost 10% of the population struggles with daily: depression. Although it has been a long time coming, I finally feel like I can live my life without the burden of being depressed. That is why I want to come into action for the people who aren't able to do so right now. I am organizing a 5km run for my fellow students at Radboud University on the saddest day of the year: Blue Monday. Will you join me?
