Ik doe mee omdat ik lichamelijke en geestelijke gezondheid erg belangrijk vind. Zelf ben ik door een (kleine) dal gegaan en heb gemerkt dat het belangrijk is om de juiste mensen om je heen te hebben. Zij kunnen je verder duwen of omhoog helpen. Nu ben ik eruit en loop mee voor mensen in mijn omgeving en wie het maar nodig heeft om hier ook uit te komen.

Hardlopen heeft mij erg geholpen om mijn hoofd leeg te maken, mij zelfverzekerder te laten voelen en meer energie te krijgen om te doen waar ik van hou. Ook collega's, mede hardlopers, familie en vrienden hebben mij in hun armen gesloten en geholpen waar ze konden.

Ik wil die persoon zijn voor deze mensen die ze een extra duwtje geeft om eruit te komen. Door mijn liefde voor hardlopen ben ik blij dit te kunnen doen op mijn manier 🏃🏼‍♀️

Mentale gezondheid is enorm belangrijk en zeker niet vanzelfsprekend. Daarom zet ik mij in om zoveel mogelijk donaties op te halen voor MIND. Zo wil ik helpen om psychische problemen te voorkomen en de mensen die er last van hebben te ondersteunen. Steun jij mij in mijn actie voor MIND?
